Together we can end childhood hunger
We invite everyone to join us of February 14, 2019, for Giving Hearts Day as we look to raise enough to supply 1,000,00 meals to help hungry children across North Dakota and western Minnesota. The single largest 24-hour giving event in North Dakota and northwest Minnesota, the Great Plains Food Bank raised $250,000 on Giving Hearts Day in 2018, which was enough to supply 750,000 meals to help feed those in need. We are hoping for even more in 2019.
#36percent of those served each year by the Great Plains Food Bank are children. We feel this is far too many and are dedicating our efforts this Giving Hearts Day to supply 1,000,000 meals for those #36percent.
