FARGO, N.D. – The Great Plains Food Bank is set to host one of its premier events of the year Thursday, March 30. The 19th annual Chefs’ Gala & Auction will once again return to the Ramada Plaza & Suites in Fargo. Proceeds from the event, which raises more than $75,000 annually, benefit programs and services of the Great Plains Food Bank.
The event annually features area chefs serving signature dishes, a silent auction and a wine pull with platinum sponsor Merrill Lynch.
