Chef Tim Rosendahl has spent his life in the kitchen. He grew up in Fargo where he began cooking at places like the Grainery, the Elks Club and the Green Mill Café. He then proceeded to get his education at the Culinary Institute of America — “We’re the CIA that doesn’t have any secrets.” — and Florida International University. After that he worked at million-dollar kitchens in Miami as the Executive Chef of Walt Disney World and the Vice President of Food and Beverage for Red Lobster. Recently, he has moved back to Fargo, where he is opening his new restaurant, Rosey's.
