Final Chefs’ Gala & Auction set for Thursday, March 8

FARGO, N.D. – Called The Final Seating, the 20th and final edition of the Chefs’ Gala & Auction will take place on Thursday, March 8, at the Delta by Marriott in Fargo. A signature event for the Great Plains Food Bank for the past two decades, the event raises more than $75,000 annually to benefit the hunger-relief organization’s Perishable Food Recovery Program in Cass County and Clay County.

The event annually features area chefs serving signature dishes and experiences, a wine pull and for the first time this year a live auction. All proceeds will benefit the more than 97,000 hungry individuals the Great Plains Food Bank serves each year.

Tickets for the event are $75 apiece at www.fmchefsgala.org or can be reserved by calling Cari Drees at 701.476.9125. Group reservations are also available.
